As we do not have direct contact details for your mother, our understanding was that we would visit to service her garden when we were in her area. We have often visited but the customer was not at home. Found this firm for my parents/daughter. Brilliant and reliable at first but very disappointing as time went on. Tried to contact them by e-mail/phone on numerous occasions but completely ignored requests for future appointments, cancelled and often turned up when not home! Complete waste of time and money when daughter booked them to tidy up garden before moving, cancelled on her three times and made a complete mess of the garden so they had to do it themselves in the end. Would not recommend this firm to anyone - give them a miss if you want a reliable gardner as a complete waste of time and money in our opinion!!

He came on time as agreed and got cracking. Im highly impressed wiyh his witk ethic and knowledge and have already booked him for another job next week and potentially long term regular maintenance. My overgrown jungle is now a very lovely garden once again.
